This site is operated by Future Remapping ("we", "us", "our"), trading from 35 The Birch Way, Trefechan, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 2HA. The data controller is Gavin Warner.
2. What data we collect
When you submit a quote form, call us or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and any message you send. We do not collect payment information through this website.
3. How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and (if you book) deliver the work. We may keep job records (vehicle, ECU serial, mileage, file backup) for warranty, recall and legal reasons.
4. Legal basis
We process your data under "legitimate interests" (responding to your enquiry) and "contract" (delivering work you've booked). We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Enquiries submitted via our website may be processed through our CRM provider (Go High Level) solely to manage your enquiry. We may share data only where legally required.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case job records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting, warranty and recall purposes.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email gavwarn@yahoo.co.uk.
8. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
