What we bring to your driveway
Professional programming interfaces covering OBD, bench and boot-mode access, a stabilised power supply to hold voltage rock steady through the flash, diagnostic equipment for live data and actuator testing, and the full calibration toolset with off-site file backup. Nothing is left behind at a unit.
Power stability — the reason cheap mobile jobs fail
The single greatest risk during an ECU write is a voltage drop. We never flash a vehicle on a marginal battery. A stabilised supply is connected for the duration, and if a battery is genuinely on its way out we will tell you before starting rather than risk a corrupted ECU.
Where we can work
Any driveway, car park, farm yard, industrial unit, depot or roadside spot where the vehicle can sit safely and legally for an hour or so. Rain is not a problem. We work all year round across the valleys.
The road test matters
A file is not finished until it has been driven. We use local roads with a proper hill and a proper straight, checking boost delivery, fuelling, exhaust temperature and gearbox behaviour. If something needs adjusting, it gets adjusted before we leave.
Coverage and callout policy
Standard zone with no callout fee covers Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Port Talbot, Chepstow and Cwmbran and the surrounding valleys. Beyond that — Carmarthenshire, Brecon and the borders — we still travel, with any travel cost agreed in advance in writing.
Fleet and multi-vehicle visits
For businesses we schedule a single visit and work through the vehicles in sequence, logging each original and tuned file against its registration. Most operators lose no productive time at all because we work around the shift pattern.
Aftercare wherever you are
Support does not end when the van pulls away. Your files stay on record, revisions are free within the guarantee period, and if you need the original restored for a dealer visit we will come back out and do it.
