Plant machinery

JCB (3CX, 4CX, telehandlers, loadalls), Caterpillar (excavators, wheel loaders), Komatsu, Volvo CE, Hitachi, Bobcat, Hyundai, Case CE, Hyster forklifts. Files are written for sustained duty cycles, fuel return on long site days, and torque under continuous hydraulic load. All emissions systems remain fully operational on road-registered plant.

ATVs, quads, side-by-sides and UTVs

Polaris RZR and Ranger, Can-Am Maverick and Outlander, Yamaha YXZ and Wolverine, Honda Talon and Pioneer, Kawasaki KRX and Teryx, CFMOTO, Segway, Arctic Cat. Calibration takes account of CVT belt capacity, clutch springs and operating altitude. Off-road only; we'll advise on road-legal status of any specific file.

Motorbikes — sport, naked, adventure, tourer

BMW S1000RR/R/XR, GS series, Ducati Panigale, Multistrada, Monster, KTM Super Duke, Adventure, Yamaha R1/R6/MT, Tracer, Tenere, Kawasaki ZX-10R/Versys/Z series, Suzuki GSX-R/V-Strom, Triumph Speed Triple/Tiger, Honda Fireblade/Africa Twin. Calibration for UK 95/99 RON, smoother throttle modes, quick-shifter integration, and where applicable race ECU mapping with logging.

Logged lambda mapping, ignition advance refinement, autoblipper and quick-shifter calibration, engine brake control, traction control sensitivity tuning. Stand-alone race ECUs supported.
