Tractor tuning is a specialist discipline. Here's how we approach it and what to ask any tuner before they plug in.
John Deere (6R, 7R, 8R series — PowerTech engines), New Holland (T6, T7, T8 series — FPT NEF and Cursor engines), Massey Ferguson (5700, 6700, 7700, 8700 — AGCO Power engines), Case IH (Puma, Maxxum, Magnum — FPT engines), Claas (Arion, Axion, Xerion), Fendt (700, 800, 900, 1000 Vario — Deutz and MAN engines), Valtra (T-series).
Modern tractors run DPF, SCR/AdBlue (DEF) and in many cases cooled EGR. A proper tractor remap keeps every emissions system fully operational and within the legal limits — we calibrate dosing, regeneration logic and EGR strategy to match the new torque output. We don't offer DPF or AdBlue deletes on agri vehicles operating on UK roads.
PTO speed regulation, hydraulic load anticipation and droop characteristics all affect how implements behave. We refine these alongside engine torque so the tractor pulls hard without losing PTO consistency.
Vario, AutoCommand, AutoPowr, Auto-Command, ActiveDrive — all CVT-style transmissions are deeply ECU-coordinated. We update gearbox parameters alongside engine torque so the tractor doesn't shuffle under load.
