Brands and units we work on regularly
Scania (DC09, DC13, DC16), DAF (MX-11, MX-13, PACCAR), Volvo (D11, D13, D16), MAN (D26, D38), Mercedes Actros (OM471, OM473), Iveco Cursor 9/11/13, plus large LCVs (Mercedes Sprinter, Iveco Daily, Ford Transit, VW Crafter). Both Euro 5 and Euro 6 supported.
What changes inside the truck ECU
Torque map by gear and load, fuel rail pressure, injection timing and duration, boost target, AdBlue dosing strategy, EGR control where present, AMT shift point and pressure maps, idle speed under PTO, and cruise control responsiveness. Emissions strategy stays intact.
AMT and retarder coordination
Modern HGV gearboxes are deeply ECU-coordinated. Raise engine torque without refining the gearbox map and you'll get harsh, frequent shifts. We calibrate both sides — engine and gearbox — so the truck feels factory-smooth at the higher output.
Why we never delete DPF or AdBlue on UK road trucks
It's illegal under the Construction & Use regulations, it's an MOT failure, it carries fleet operator liability, and it generates O-licence risk. Any tuner offering 'AdBlue delete' on a road-going UK truck is exposing your operation to serious legal trouble.
Mobile coverage across Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Port Talbot, Chepstow and Cwmbran and beyond
Yard visits across the South Wales valleys and M4 corridor. We'll travel further for fleet jobs — call to discuss your operation.
