These terms apply to all services provided by Future Remapping, operated by Gavin Warner from 35 The Birch Way, Trefechan, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 2HA. By booking work with us, you agree to these terms.
Prices quoted by registration are valid for 30 days and assume the vehicle is in roadworthy condition and matches the details supplied. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the vehicle differs materially or if pre-existing faults are discovered that require additional work.
Before any ECU calibration change we perform a fault-code and live-data check. Where a vehicle has an underlying mechanical or sensor fault that would compromise a remap, we will inform you before proceeding. If you choose not to proceed, no charge is made beyond any agreed diagnostic fee.
Your factory ECU file is read and stored safely before any change is made. We can return the vehicle to its original file at any time, free of charge, provided you bring the vehicle to us. Otherwise a charge applies.
Modifications may affect your manufacturer's warranty. We accept no liability for any loss of manufacturer warranty resulting from modifications.
A remap is a modification, and you must declare it to your insurer. Most insurers will cover a remapped vehicle, but acceptance and any premium change vary between providers — always check with yours before going ahead. We are happy to provide a job sheet on request.
Any power, torque or MPG figures published or quoted are typical results for the model in question and depend on engine condition, ECU revision, fuel quality, gearbox and ambient conditions. We do not guarantee specific numerical gains on your vehicle.
Payment is due on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer or cash only.
Our liability is limited to the value of work invoiced. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
